(This Ins. covers any damage that happens to the home or property)
2. Do they carry workmen’s compensation on everyone that will be working on the property. From start
(This Ins. covers you from being sued if anybody should get hurt on the property)
3. Are the people working at the property employees or subcontractors?
(If they use subcontractors you need to make sure they have workmen’s compensation coverage)
4. Are all costs and credits in writing before they start working and can any of these numbers chang
(This is so there are no surprises when they are finished such as extra hours or dumping fee…..)
5. Will the house be completely empty when they are finished?
(This so they do not just remove the items of value and leave you the rest to deal with)
6. Is the company listed on the Better Business Bureau or Angie?
(The BBB and Angie are the only review that a company cannot have a review removed if they don’t like it all the rest will remove a bad review if they call and complain)
7. If choose to use a virtual auction or tag sale option are their other charges besides the percent
(This is so you are not blindsided by extra charges that were in small print such as a setup fee or minimum sale amount)
